About cookies
This Cookie Policy explains how Homr Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 41 690 199 805) uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage and session storage) on the Homr platform. Cookies are small files stored on your device that help the Platform function and remember your preferences. This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
Strictly necessary
These are essential for the Platform to work — they keep you signed in — and cannot be switched off.
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| supabase-auth-token | Maintains your authenticated session | 7 days | Supabase |
Functional (preferences)
These remember your interface choices. They are first-party (set by Homr).
| Name | Purpose | Duration | Provider |
|---|---|---|---|
| homr-theme | Your interface theme | Persistent | Homr |
| homr-color-mode | Dark / light mode | Persistent | Homr |
| homr-detail-panel-mode | Panel layout preference | Persistent | Homr |
| custom-theme-active | Your custom theme settings | Persistent | Homr |
Local & session storage
The Platform also uses your browser’s local and session storage (not cookies) to improve your experience. These stay on your device and are not sent to advertisers:
- onboardingData / onboardingComplete — auto-save your onboarding progress
- guest-profile-context — remembers guest preferences before you sign up
- Location context cache (session) — caches your viewing coordinates for the current visit
Third-party & advertising cookies
We use none. Homr does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, the Facebook/Meta Pixel, or social-media tracking pixels. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Managing cookies
In Australia, non-essential cookies operate on an opt-out basis. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time, and clear local/session storage the same way. Note that blocking the strictly-necessary auth cookie will prevent you from signing in and using the Platform.
Changes & contact
We may update this Cookie Policy as the Platform evolves. For any question, contact Homr Solutions Pty Ltd at contact@homr.com.au.
