Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Homr Solutions Pty Ltd (ABN 41 690 199 805) (“Homr”, “we”, “us”) governing your use of the Homr platform at homr.com.au and related services (the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Homr is an AI-powered property search and investment-analysis platform for Australian real estate. You can search for properties using natural language, receive AI-generated investment analysis, compare suburbs, and connect with real estate agents. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time.

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide a valid email address.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• One account per person — accounts must not be shared.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You must not:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, harvest, or copy Platform data or content
• Interfere with or compromise the Platform’s operation or security
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Rely on AI outputs as professional financial, legal or investment advice
• Redistribute, resell or commercially exploit Homr content or AI outputs

• Homr owns all Platform content, AI models, algorithms and brand assets.
• You retain ownership of the content you provide (messages, preferences, uploaded data).
• You grant Homr a non-exclusive licence to use your content to operate, provide and improve the Platform.
• Property listing data is sourced from real estate agencies and public records and remains subject to those sources’ rights.

Homr is not a licensed financial adviser, property valuer, mortgage broker or legal adviser. AI-generated analysis, investment scores, rental-yield estimates and capital-growth projections are general information only, are not guarantees, and must not be relied on as personal advice. You should obtain independent professional advice before making any property decision. Please read our full AI & Financial Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

Homr helps connect property seekers with real estate agents and agencies. Homr does not employ, control, or direct any agent, does not verify listings or agent claims, and is not a party to any property transaction. All dealings with agents are between you and the agent/agency directly.

• Agency features are provided on a subscription basis. Fees, inclusions and billing cycles are shown at the point of purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We may change subscription pricing on reasonable notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the Australian Consumer Law in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)):

• Homr is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental loss, or for loss arising from reliance on AI-generated analysis or third-party data.
• Homr is not liable for the conduct, services or advice of any third-party agent or agency.
• Homr’s total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Homr in the 12 months before the claim, or AUD $100, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right or guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms and will give at least 30 days’ notice of material changes via email or a Platform notification. Continuing to use the Platform after the notice period means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
